This full-time, contract position offers the chance to work closely with elementary, middle, and high school students, tailoring behavior services to a variety of district needs. Your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be vital in shaping positive outcomes within an educational team dedicated to student success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification (required)
  • Licensure appropriate for the state and school setting
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric behavioral support preferred
  • Skilled in collaborating with teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills for working with students, staff, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide expert consultation and coaching to educational staff to promote best practices
  • Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and detailed documentation
  • Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, contributing valuable insight and participating in relevant meetings
