Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school personnel
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to track student progress and inform intervention decisions
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
  • Serve as a collaborative member of IEP teams, contribute insights to meetings, and help develop comprehensive student plans
