Located near Eclectic, AL, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent Monday through Friday schedule at 35 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience working in school settings, preferably as a BCBA
  • Ability to create, implement, and assess behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Capability to support teachers and staff with training and consultation
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of students and the school community

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the acting BCBA during the maternity leave period
  • Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized behavior plans
  • Collaborate closely with special education staff, teachers, and families
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed
  • Provide support and coaching to school staff on evidence-based interventions
  • Document progress and maintain detailed records for compliance and reporting
