Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Eclectic, AL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification as a BCBA required
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Background working with children in school settings, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage time efficiently and travel between school sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform FBAs and develop, monitor, and update BIPs for students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement effective behavioral interventions
• Deliver services primarily at elementary schools, with some support for K-12 students
• Train and support staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Document and report on student progress and service implementation
