Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current certification as a BCBA required
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Background working with children in school settings, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and travel between school sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform FBAs and develop, monitor, and update BIPs for students as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to implement effective behavioral interventions
- Deliver services primarily at elementary schools, with some support for K-12 students
- Train and support staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Document and report on student progress and service implementation
