Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and individualized behavior plans
  • Passion for supporting students with unique behavioral needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to implement strategies
  • Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students
  • Train and coach school personnel on behavioral principles and implementation
  • Monitor progress, adapt interventions, and complete necessary documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
