Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Edison, NJ

A K-12 educational setting in Edison, NJ is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract position spanning the entire school year. This onsite role offers a consistent schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, providing meaningful work with a manageable caseload of 2-3 classrooms.

Key responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student needs. The BCBA will also play a crucial role in training faculty members on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, ensuring effective implementation of behavior supports within the classroom environment.
