Located in Edison, NJ, this full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis within an educational setting. This onsite role runs from September 5, 2025, through June 11, 2026, with a standard work schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., totaling 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities for this role include managing a caseload of 2-3 classrooms, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student needs. Collaboration is key, as you will consult regularly with special education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to ensure the consistent and effective implementation of ABA principles across the program.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Extensive experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in school settings
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Commitment to promoting positive behavioral outcomes for students with diverse needs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
