Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience providing behavioral support within a school setting is highly desirable
- Ability to create, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, support staff, and families
- Passion for helping students achieve positive behavioral and academic outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for students referred for support
- Develop and monitor effective BIPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide training and ongoing support to school staff and teachers in ABA strategies
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and ensure progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align behavioral goals with educational objectives
- Participate in meetings with families and staff to discuss student progress and modify plans as needed
