Key Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted BCBA certification
  • Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations
  • Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to provide training and support for school staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and data analysis
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Consult with educators, support staff, and families to ensure effective plan implementation
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to staff on behavioral strategies and progress monitoring
  • Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed
  • Maintain compliance with all ethical guidelines and required documentation
