Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience providing behavioral support within a school setting is highly desirable
  • Ability to create, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, support staff, and families
  • Passion for helping students achieve positive behavioral and academic outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students referred for support
  • Develop and monitor effective BIPs tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide training and ongoing support to school staff and teachers in ABA strategies
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions and ensure progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align behavioral goals with educational objectives
  • Participate in meetings with families and staff to discuss student progress and modify plans as needed
