A part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for the 2026-2027 school year on a contract basis, working approximately 20-25 hours per week. Your expertise will help drive positive change by developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans and offering guidance to district support staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Demonstrated experience working with children or adolescents in school environments
  • Ability to implement, monitor, and modify individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Experience supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or behavior aides preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based behavioral strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and assess individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Provide ongoing supervision and coaching for school-based behavior aides and RBTs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data collection
  • Consult with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies and best practices
  • Maintain comprehensive progress documentation and clinical notes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
