Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing, updating, and monitoring behavior intervention plans to support individual student needs
  • Providing supervision, mentorship, and support to district behavior aides and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Training staff on implementation of best behavior management practices and data collection techniques
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams to assess student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with district and professional standards
