Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 2026–2027 School Year
- Location: Elba City Schools
- Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Part-Time BCBA to support students and staff during the 2026–2027 school year. This role focuses on developing effective behavior intervention plans and providing oversight and guidance to behavior support staff within the district.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to support student success
- Provide supervision and guidance to district behavior aides and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Train school staff on behavior strategies and data collection methods
- Review data regularly and adjust interventions to ensure effectiveness
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
