Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certification as a BCBA
• Experience providing behavioral assessments and intervention planning in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff and families
• Up-to-date understanding of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children and adolescents

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven results
• Provide consultation and training for school staff and families to ensure effective implementation of strategies
• Facilitate team meetings and contribute to IEP development processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards in all service delivery
