Qualifications and Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Passion for fostering constructive change and advocating for students’ needs.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify student needs and recommend evidence-based interventions.
• Craft and customize behavior support plans in collaboration with teachers, therapists, and families.
• Provide training and ongoing consultation to school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
• Support compliance with all IDEA, IEP, and state/federal guidelines related to behavioral supports.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide professional input for student support teams.
