Key qualifications and experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Demonstrated experience working in a school environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and best practices
• Ability to design, implement, and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans
• Skilled in training, coaching, and collaborating with teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and regularly analyze student data
• Develop individualized intervention plans to support student behavioral, social, and academic success
• Train and support school staff in ABA techniques, ensuring plan fidelity
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and communicate results to the educational team and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations based on behavioral data
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth
