Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification or credentials as a licensed School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
- Strong assessment, data analysis, and behavioral intervention skills
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Passion for supporting students with varying behavioral, emotional, and academic needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and behavioral evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Consult with teachers and staff to cultivate positive classroom environments
- Deliver direct student support and crisis intervention as needed
- Engage in training and mentoring for colleagues and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
