Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification or credentials as a licensed School Psychologist
  • Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
  • Strong assessment, data analysis, and behavioral intervention skills

  • Passion for supporting students with varying behavioral, emotional, and academic needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and behavioral evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
  • Consult with teachers and staff to cultivate positive classroom environments
  • Deliver direct student support and crisis intervention as needed
  • Engage in training and mentoring for colleagues and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
