Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Extensive experience working with high school and transition-aged students
  • Proven background using assistive technology, particularly with students who have complex needs
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral plans

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive behavioral analysis and intervention services to a diverse student population
  • Collaborate with educational staff to implement effective behavior strategies and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Recommend and integrate assistive technology solutions to facilitate student learning and engagement
  • Collect and analyze data to inform programming and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide coaching and training to school personnel and support staff on best practices
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, contract position
  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Aligned with the 2026-2027 academic calendar
