Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Extensive experience working with high school and transition-aged students
- Proven background using assistive technology, particularly with students who have complex needs
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive behavioral analysis and intervention services to a diverse student population
- Collaborate with educational staff to implement effective behavior strategies and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Recommend and integrate assistive technology solutions to facilitate student learning and engagement
- Collect and analyze data to inform programming and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide coaching and training to school personnel and support staff on best practices
- Maintain documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, contract position
- Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Aligned with the 2026-2027 academic calendar
