What You’ll Bring:
- Active BCBA certification
- Demonstrated experience working with children and/or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt behavior intervention plans to fit a variety of learning styles and needs
- Organizational skills to track progress and document outcomes effectively
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create data-driven intervention plans
- Train and support school staff on the implementation of behavioral strategies
- Monitor student progress, collect behavioral data, and adjust plans as necessary
- Consult regularly with teachers, aides, and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to student growth
- Lead or assist with professional development sessions on behavioral supports
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with regulations and school policies
