What You’ll Bring:

• Active BCBA certification
• Demonstrated experience working with children and/or adolescents in educational or clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt behavior intervention plans to fit a variety of learning styles and needs
• Organizational skills to track progress and document outcomes effectively

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create data-driven intervention plans
• Train and support school staff on the implementation of behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress, collect behavioral data, and adjust plans as necessary
• Consult regularly with teachers, aides, and families to ensure a comprehensive approach to student growth
• Lead or assist with professional development sessions on behavioral supports
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with regulations and school policies
