Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (in good standing)
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Valid state licensure/certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Demonstrated commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practice

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to implement and monitor behavioral supports
• Provide direct and consultative services to students with diverse needs
• Train and mentor school personnel on effective ABA strategies and classroom management
• Track student progress, document interventions, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Stay current on best practices and participate in professional development
