Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and behavioral interventions

- Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention plans

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, instructional aides, and families
- Train school staff in ABA methodologies, data collection, and behavioral support techniques
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide progress updates
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and professional guidelines
