Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working within a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans, and provide staff/family training
  • Adaptability to meet varied student needs and work with multidisciplinary teams

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and caregivers in effective intervention strategies
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams and related service providers
  • Collect data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Foster a positive, inclusive educational environment for all learners
