Ideal Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and Illinois licensure (or the ability to obtain)
• Strong background providing behavioral assessments, developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coach, train, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (teachers, aides, families)

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and analyze student data to identify needs
• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to school staff and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies
• Partner with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, contributing expertise in behavioral goals and progress monitoring
• Deliver direct support and coaching to students as needed, ensuring best practices are followed
• Maintain documentation, adhering to district, state, and ethical guidelines
