As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis, you'll play a vital role in shaping individualized strategies and collaboration with educational teams to foster positive behavioral outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Demonstrated experience working within school settings or with children/adolescents
• Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to support implementation of strategies
• Deliver training to staff and families on behavioral techniques and interventions
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavioral goals
• Provide ongoing coaching and support for school staff
