Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Previous experience supporting students or children in school, clinic, or community settings
• Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments and data-driven interventions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable and solution-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments in school settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate behavioral strategies
• Train and coach staff and caregivers, ensuring best practices are followed
• Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing intervention effectiveness
