Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Elkhorn, NE

Looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older students in a dynamic educational environment. This contract position runs through the end of the school year, with the potential for renewal or permanent placement based on needs. The role focuses on supporting 6th–12th grade students in a unique, retail-style facility, partnering closely with a cooperative district team.

Students in this setting present complex behavioral challenges that require expertise and creativity beyond what typical district support can offer. You’ll lead a dedicated group of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), paras, and aides—providing hands-on support, training, and leadership to develop effective crisis plans and understand the functions behind students' behaviors.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current BCBA certification (Applicants must not be seeking restricted hours)
• Prior experience supporting older students with extreme behavioral needs
• Strong background in crisis management and intervention planning
• Comfort working with physically large, sometimes aggressive students, including those exhibiting self-injurious behaviors or property destruction
• Dedication to collaboration, with the ability to train, coach, and support RBTs, teachers, and educational teams
• Flexibility and resilience in high-intensity, ever-changing environments
