Full-time availability is preferred, but candidates able to commit to a minimum of three days per week are encouraged to apply.

What we’re looking for:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
  • Demonstrated experience providing behavior analytic services to children and adolescents, preferably in school settings
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff
  • Proficient ability to design and implement behavioral intervention plans
  • Current knowledge of behavioral assessment tools, data collection, and applied behavior analysis best practices
  • Flexibility, organization, and compassion in addressing unique student needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students with varying support needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training for paraprofessionals and support personnel in behavioral techniques
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to make data-driven adjustments and recommendations
  • Monitor progress and participate in student meetings, IEPs, and consultations as needed
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with all student information and documentation
