What we’re looking for:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
- Demonstrated experience providing behavior analytic services to children and adolescents, preferably in school settings
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff
- Proficient ability to design and implement behavioral intervention plans
- Current knowledge of behavioral assessment tools, data collection, and applied behavior analysis best practices
- Flexibility, organization, and compassion in addressing unique student needs
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students with varying support needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective implementation of strategies
- Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training for paraprofessionals and support personnel in behavioral techniques
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to make data-driven adjustments and recommendations
- Monitor progress and participate in student meetings, IEPs, and consultations as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality with all student information and documentation
