Desired Background:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification active and in good standing
• Direct experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and individualized program development
• Strong communication skills to partner with staff, students, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of each child
• Experience with functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze results to guide intervention
• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Consult directly with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators to support student progress
• Provide training to staff on ABA methodologies and positive behavioral supports
• Track, review, and adjust strategies based on ongoing progress monitoring
• Collect and maintain accurate data to measure outcomes and adjust plans
• Offer guidance and support to families regarding behavior strategies and generalization
• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal standards in practice
