What we're looking for:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Proven experience in school settings or with children and adolescents
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessments and data-driven interventions
• Excellent communication and consultation skills to partner effectively with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases in a dynamic school environment
• Active state licensure (if required by Maryland regulations)
