What we're looking for:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proven experience in school settings or with children and adolescents
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessments and data-driven interventions

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases in a dynamic school environment
- Active state licensure (if required by Maryland regulations)
