Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Ellicott City, MD

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with school-aged children or adolescents, preferably within educational settings
• Strong knowledge of FBA procedures, program development, and data-driven behavior intervention
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, families, and administrative staff
• Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills
• Adaptable and compassionate approach to working with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing training and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families about ABA strategies and behavioral supports
• Collect and analyze behavioral data, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to multidisciplinary teams, and maintain thorough documentation as required by school policy
