Make a difference each day by supporting students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in a school-based setting. This contract opportunity is onsite for the 2026–2027 academic year, working closely with children and young people, many of whom have autism or other disabilities. The position involves collaborating with staff and supervising other professionals to deliver impactful behavioral interventions. Enjoy a consistent schedule of 15–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, while contributing your expertise to an engaging and supportive environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with school-aged children, including those with disabilities
  • Previous experience with autism interventions and behavior supports highly preferred
  • Ability to supervise and lead others effectively in a clinical or educational setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement behavioral strategies
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to staff implementing plans and interventions
  • Collect data and monitor progress for students on caseload
  • Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with school and ethical guidelines
