Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Elon, North Carolina

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll shape student success and collaborate with dedicated educators in a supportive atmosphere.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree (Certified BCBA required)
• Proven experience working with children or children with disabilities
• Prior experience supporting children with autism, with BCBA practice strongly preferred
• Capable of supervising behavioral staff and overseeing contractors
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven plans for K-12th grade students
• Provide direct intervention and support tailored to students’ needs
• Supervise and mentor one assigned contractor, ensuring implementation fidelity and best practices
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote positive behavioral change and inclusive classroom environments
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
• Foster a supportive and encouraging learning space for all students
