  • Active BCBA certification required

  • Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Ability to support, mentor, and supervise behavior aides and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive behavior plans tailored to student needs
  • Supervise and provide ongoing guidance to in-district behavior aides and RBTs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote positive behavior outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to assess plan effectiveness and recommend adjustments
  • Participate in team meetings and provide professional insights on student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation to ensure ongoing compliance and tracking
