Step into a vital role supporting students as an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming school year. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work across the entire PK-12+ grade system, serving diverse student needs and collaborating with educators in a dynamic school environment. The position requires a dedicated BCBA to be onsite, ensuring direct impact and continuity of care for students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and current BCBA certification required
  • Experience supporting school-aged children with a range of behavioral and developmental needs
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to collect and analyze data to inform programming
  • Flexibility and commitment to supporting students across all grade levels (PK-12+)
  • Availability for full-time, in-person hours (37.5 per week) from August 26 through June 27th

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students throughout the district
  • Develop, oversee, and monitor effective behavior plans
  • Provide direct consultation and training to staff on behavior strategies and data collection methods
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
  • Adjust behavioral interventions as needed based on data and observation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with special education regulations
