Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Current and active licensure for behavior analysis
• Previous experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis methods in educational environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
• Ability to assess behavioral needs and develop personalized intervention plans
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive classrooms

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven evaluations
• Design individualized behavior intervention plans for students across grade levels
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and families to implement best practices
• Provide ongoing staff training and coaching on behavior support techniques
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines
• Support crisis intervention and proactive de-escalation strategies when necessary
