Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Current and active licensure for behavior analysis
- Previous experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis methods in educational environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Ability to assess behavioral needs and develop personalized intervention plans
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive classrooms
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven evaluations
- Design individualized behavior intervention plans for students across grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and families to implement best practices
- Provide ongoing staff training and coaching on behavior support techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory guidelines
- Support crisis intervention and proactive de-escalation strategies when necessary
