What you’ll bring:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification—required
• Licensure appropriate for Oregon preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with school staff, students, and families

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and interpret results
• Create and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation, hands-on coaching, and guidance to school staff and leadership
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Work closely with IEP teams; participate in meetings and develop effective strategies collaboratively
