This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) adapts to meet the needs of students, with caseloads based on district demand. As a valued behavior specialist, your expertise will help create positive learning environments and shape personalized interventions for a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students’ unique needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Monitor student progress, perform data analysis, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings to advocate for students’ success

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Current license to practice as required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with students, families, and education professionals
• Proven ability to work independently while remaining a flexible, team-oriented contributor
