Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Valid state licensure (where applicable)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Strong skills in communication, teamwork, and collaboration
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and district needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students exhibiting a range of behavioral needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide on-site consultation, coaching, and training to educators, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Track student progress, maintain thorough data records, and analyze trends to inform intervention strategies
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with team members to align behavior supports with students’ educational plans

This position is school-based with a consistent, full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Caseloads are determined by the unique requirements of each assigned district, ensuring diverse and rewarding experiences across school-age groups.
