High School Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Eugene, Oregon

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• State licensure (if required for practice in Oregon)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred

• Familiarity with elementary, middle, and high school environments
• Commitment to professional ethics and student confidentiality

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Guide, consult, and provide coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Collect data, perform progress monitoring, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate as a member of IEP teams and participate in meetings as necessary
• Flexibly manage a caseload that varies according to district requirements
