Requirements for Success:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed and certified for work within educational settings
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly regarded
- Background working with elementary, middle, or high school students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform best practices
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Offer consultation and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
- Oversee progress monitoring, conduct detailed data analysis, and manage documentation requirements
- Actively collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings to refine student support strategies
