Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Licensed, with the ability to work in school settings
  • Experience in elementary, middle, and/or high school environments
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated collaboration abilities with educational teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for a diverse student population
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to foster supportive learning environments
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Perform progress monitoring, comprehensive data analysis, and accurate documentation of services and student outcomes
