Desired Qualifications:
- Valid and active BCBA license in Colorado
- Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials
- Experience supporting K-12 students within educational settings
- Strong background conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and creating effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Ability to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to onsite presence throughout the assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee behavior and autism support programs across multiple school sites
- Serve as a district-wide resource, providing expert guidance to building staff
- Conduct and interpret FBAs and develop comprehensive BIPs ensuring effective student support
- Offer professional supervision and mentorship to two RBTs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster positive learning environments
- Provide ongoing training and support to staff, building capacity in behavior management strategies
- Cultivate strong partnerships with educators, families, and administrators to drive student success
