Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Soliant is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Evanston, Illinois area that will work for the upcoming school year. We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join a supportive educational team for the school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with students across a variety of grade levels while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
Position Details
- Location: Evanston, IL area
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 20 hours per week
- Assignment Dates: 2026 – 2027 School Year
- Caseload: Kindergarten through 12th Grade
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide behavioral consultation and support for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies.
- Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Support staff through coaching and training on positive behavior supports and best practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student success plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active Illinois ABA License required.
