Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience working within K-12 educational environments is highly valued
  • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to provide data-driven recommendations and guidance to staff and families
  • Indiana licensure or eligibility, as required

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform targeted interventions
  • Design and oversee individualized behavior programs for students with diverse needs
  • Deliver staff training and professional support on evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to promote consistency and positive outcomes
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to documentation
