Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification and relevant licensure
- Experience working within school settings or with children/adolescents is preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Ability to mentor, support, and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt plans and approaches as student needs evolve
What You'll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data
