Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Fairfax, VA

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Extended School Year, you’ll provide one-on-one behavioral support to a 1st grade student, working closely within the school environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Demonstrated skill in working one-on-one with children, particularly those in early elementary grades
• Solid understanding of behavioral intervention plans and data collection
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or ADHD strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and family members

Key Responsibilities:
