As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Extended School Year, you’ll provide one-on-one behavioral support to a 1st grade student, working closely within the school environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Demonstrated skill in working one-on-one with children, particularly those in early elementary grades
- Solid understanding of behavioral intervention plans and data collection
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or ADHD strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and family members
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized behavioral support to a 1st grade student in a structured one-on-one setting
- Develop, implement, and track data-driven behavior intervention plans under administrative guidance
