  • Organizational ability to manage multiple student cases and maintain clear documentation

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, develop and update intervention strategies
  • Collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and families to guide and implement plans
  • Oversee the work of support staff (e.g., RBTs, paraprofessionals) and provide relevant training
  • Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input regarding behavioral goals and supports
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
