Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• Experience supporting K-3 student populations, especially those with multiple disabilities
• Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments and the development/implementation of behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability to support a substitute role on a contract basis
• Prior school-based experience preferred
