Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Experience supporting K-3 student populations, especially those with multiple disabilities
- Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments and the development/implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability to support a substitute role on a contract basis
- Prior school-based experience preferred
