What You’ll Bring:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
• Previous experience consulting or providing behavioral analysis, ideally in a school or pediatric setting
• Comfort working collaboratively to develop, implement, and monitor interventions
• Strong communication skills for working with school staff, administration, and families
• Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice
• Flexibility to adapt strategies for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult directly with educators and support staff to assess behavioral needs of PreK-3 students
• Develop, model, and monitor individualized intervention plans
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and provide actionable recommendations
• Train staff in successful implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Regularly collect, analyze, and report student progress data
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, contributing behavioral expertise
• Maintain detailed records compliant with school and state regulations
