What You’ll Bring:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
- Previous experience consulting or providing behavioral analysis, ideally in a school or pediatric setting

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult directly with educators and support staff to assess behavioral needs of PreK-3 students
- Develop, model, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and provide actionable recommendations
- Train staff in successful implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Regularly collect, analyze, and report student progress data
- Participate in IEP and team meetings, contributing behavioral expertise
- Maintain detailed records compliant with school and state regulations
