Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience providing ABA services in school environments preferred
  • Strong analytical, assessment, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Effective communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, families, and other stakeholders
  • Capacity to mentor and train school staff on behavioral interventions
  • Compassionate, patient, and energized by supporting children and adolescents

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students with varying needs
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Consult with educators and paraprofessionals to model interventions and provide instructional support
  • Collect and interpret behavioral data to monitor student progress and plan adjustments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support strategies
  • Offer ongoing training, resources, and problem-solving assistance for school staff and families
