Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Falls Church, VA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification as a BCBA, RBT, or Special Education Teacher
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD
• Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and behavior support in a one-on-one setting with 1st grade students
• Implement behavioral strategies and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IEP goals
• Work collaboratively with on-site administrators and educational teams
• Track student progress and adapt strategies based on individual needs
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment focused on student growth
