Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid credentials as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Special Education Teacher
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
  • Proficiency working with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of behavioral interventions and individualized support plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one instructional and behavioral support to a 1st grade student
  • Implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans
  • Collect data to track student progress and inform daily strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrative staff
  • Adjust strategies to meet evolving needs and optimize student growth
  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of children with diverse learning profiles
