You’ll be working closely with children with behavioral needs, focusing primarily on students with Autism and ADHD, all while having reliable support from on-site administration.

Ideal candidates should bring the following experience and qualifications:

  • Current credentials as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), BCBA, or licensure as a Special Education Teacher
  • Previous work with students with Autism, ADHD, or similar behavioral needs strongly preferred
  • Experience in a one-on-one instructional setting is advantageous
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school administration and related professionals
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized support to first grade students as part of the extended school year program
  • Implementing IEPs and behavioral intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Tracking student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Building a positive, encouraging environment for learning and growth
  • Working cooperatively with administration, staff, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes
