We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill a contract-to-hire position as either a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the Extended School Year. You will work directly in a one-on-one setting with 1st grade students who have behavioral needs, providing targeted support and intervention.

This full-time opportunity (40 hours weekly) is ideal for motivated individuals looking to apply their expertise in behavior analysis within an educational framework. The school is committed to fostering an inclusive environment and offers on-site administrative support to ensure your success in this important role.

Qualifications you bring:

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or ADHD preferred
  • Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans in a school or similar setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and develop rapport with young learners

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering individualized behavioral interventions to 1st grade students on a one-on-one basis
  • Collecting and recording data on student progress and behavioral outcomes
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and administration to adjust intervention strategies as needed
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive environment that encourages student growth and learning
  • Maintaining thorough, up-to-date documentation and adhering to ethical and professional standards
