Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or Special Education Teacher credentials
  • Prior experience working in school-based settings
  • Proven background supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD (preferred)
  • Familiarity with behavior intervention and individualized education plans
  • Commitment to a full-time, 40-hour week

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction and behavioral support to a 1st grade student in a one-on-one setting
  • Collaborate with educational team and on-site administrators
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention strategies
  • Support progress toward IEP goals throughout the Extended School Year
