Qualifications & Experience:

• Active certification as BCBA, Special Education Teacher, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience supporting K-2 students, especially those with Autism and ADHD
• Strong background in one-on-one instructional or behavioral support
• Comfortable working full-time (40 hours/week) in a school-based setting
• Ability to collaborate closely with onsite administration and interdisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 educational services to a 1st grade student as part of ESY programming
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans addressing behavioral and learning needs
• Partner with school administration and related service staff for consistent student support
