Qualifications & Experience:
- Active certification as BCBA, Special Education Teacher, or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience supporting K-2 students, especially those with Autism and ADHD
- Strong background in one-on-one instructional or behavioral support
- Comfortable working full-time (40 hours/week) in a school-based setting
- Ability to collaborate closely with onsite administration and interdisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 educational services to a 1st grade student as part of ESY programming
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans addressing behavioral and learning needs
- Partner with school administration and related service staff for consistent student support
- Collect and analyze data to adjust interventions for maximum progress
