Key Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with students with Autism, ADHD, or behavioral needs strongly preferred
- Ability to work effectively one-on-one with 1st grade students
- Commitment to full-time hours (40 per week) throughout the Extended School Year
- Collaborative attitude and readiness to engage with on-site administration
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for 1st grade students in a one-on-one setting
- Collect, monitor, and document data on student progress and behaviors
- Work closely with educators, families, and school administration to support student achievement
