Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience supporting students with Autism and/or ADHD is highly valued
• Previous work in an educational setting or with elementary-aged children is a plus
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Serve in a one-on-one role with a 1st-grade student during the Extended School Year program
• Address a range of behavioral needs using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with on-site administrators for additional support and guidance
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
• Full-time assignment, scheduled 40 hours per week
