Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Felda, Florida

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by providing dedicated behavioral services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on a contract basis. This opportunity involves working onsite with a diverse Pre-K through 12th grade caseload of roughly 50-60 students, supporting their growth and development within a vibrant educational setting. You'll collaborate closely with school staff and families, utilizing your expertise to drive positive behavioral outcomes in students.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Proven experience working with children and adolescents in school settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Deep understanding of applied behavior analysis and behavior intervention plans
• Ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities across multiple age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct and indirect services to students across Pre-K-12th grade
• Train and support school staff in implementing behavior support strategies
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven modifications as needed
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and licensure guidelines
