Desired Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working in school settings with students from Pre-K through high school preferred
• Strong understanding and application of ABA principles and functional behavior assessments
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, staff, and families
• Ability to travel and complete contracts onsite as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a caseload of approximately 50-60 students across grades Pre-K-12
• Conduct formal assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to school staff regarding ABA strategies
• Monitor student progress, adjust plans as necessary, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic student support
