Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents in school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Deep understanding of applied behavior analysis and behavior intervention plans
- Ability to manage and prioritize responsibilities across multiple age groups
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct and indirect services to students across Pre-K-12th grade
- Train and support school staff in implementing behavior support strategies
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven modifications as needed
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and licensure guidelines
