Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proven experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in a school or pediatric setting
• Solid grasp of functional behavior assessments and intervention planning
• Ability to provide coaching and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Relevant state licensure (or eligibility to obtain it, if required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust behavioral interventions for positive student outcomes
