Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proven experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in a school or pediatric setting
- Solid grasp of functional behavior assessments and intervention planning
- Ability to provide coaching and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Relevant state licensure (or eligibility to obtain it, if required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Monitor, evaluate, and adjust behavioral interventions for positive student outcomes
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, as well as support to school staff and parents
- Deliver data-driven reports and maintain thorough documentation
- Offer professional development, coaching, and ongoing guidance to educational staff
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to promote an inclusive learning environment
