Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Behavior Intervention Analyst to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. The BCBA will assess, develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs for clients with behavioral, developmental, and/or learning needs. This position requires strong clinical expertise, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs.
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct support staff.
  • Analyze client data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB standards, ethical guidelines, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportuniSupport a positive, client-centered environment that promotes meaningful outcomes and quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions.
  • Knowledge of BACB Ethics Code and applicable state regulations.
