Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, consultation, and coaching skills
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 students
  • Strong team collaboration and communication capabilities
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach in dynamic environments

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavioral assessment and intervention programs for students
  • Provide real-time training and ongoing coaching to classroom teachers
  • Consult and collaborate effectively with classroom staff and fellow BCBAs
  • Support school-wide needs, including arrival and dismissal routines
  • Respond calmly and efficiently to crisis situations as needed
  • Deliver direct services to students and fulfill additional assigned duties
