An opportunity awaits for a motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a contract position supporting students and staff during a maternity leave for the 26/27 school year. This full-time role runs from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, beginning August 18, 2026 and tentatively through October 23, 2026—with the official end date determined by the leave.

The caseload will range from 35-45 students in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities will keep you engaged as you provide expert support for both students and educators.

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfortable providing real-time training and coaching to staff
  • Skilled in crisis management and able to respond to student needs promptly

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement behavioral programs for students in partnership with classroom teachers
  • Deliver on-the-spot training and coaching for program implementation
  • Consult with classroom staff to ensure program fidelity and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs and participate in problem-solving for building-wide needs
  • Support school operations, including arrival and dismissal duties
  • Respond thoughtfully and efficiently to crisis situations
  • Provide direct services to students as needed
  • Take on additional assigned tasks to contribute to overall student success
