This contract position offers the opportunity to serve as a district floating BCBA, supporting a diverse caseload across multiple educational settings.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to travel between school sites within the district
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with educators, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students across a range of ages and needs
  • Consult with instructional teams to promote effective implementation of recommended behavioral strategies
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff implementing behavior plans
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform program planning and measure student progress
  • Deliver training to staff and parents to ensure consistency and understanding of behavior intervention protocols
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support planning as needed
