An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students for the entire 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position involves a standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday through Friday, serving various sites within a local school district near Fontana, CA.

In this role, you'll collaborate with school staff, students, and families to enhance educational outcomes through expert behavioral analysis. This is an excellent position for professionals who enjoy variety in their workday, making meaningful contributions across different school environments.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Demonstrated experience working in a school setting or with school-aged children preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel between multiple sites in the district as part of the daily routine
  • Valid state licensure (if applicable)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement and monitor behavior plans
  • Provide training and ongoing support to school personnel on best practices in behavioral intervention
  • Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies
