Key Qualifications:

• Current BCBA credential required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and administration to implement strategies
• Provide support and guidance to paraprofessionals and special education teams
• Analyze and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program planning
• Deliver professional development and hands-on training to staff
