Your expertise will support a network of educators and students, providing guidance and supervision rather than carrying a direct caseload. Your leadership will be essential in completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and mentoring two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) within the district. What You’ll Need:

• Active BCBA certification with current Colorado state licensure
• CDE credentials ready and verified
• Experience supporting behavior and autism programs in educational environments
• Ability to oversee and mentor RBTs effectively
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Capacity to travel between school sites as needed
• Willingness to be fully onsite; remote or hybrid arrangements not available

Key Duties:

• Support multiple K-12 campuses throughout the district
