Make a meaningful impact supporting students across K-12 environments as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Windsor, CO. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers you the chance to collaborate closely with educators and staff throughout multiple school sites, ensuring effective behavioral and autism supports are accessible where they are needed most. With no direct student caseload, you’ll focus on providing expert consultation, assessment, and mentorship to staff, including the direct supervision of two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Current Colorado state license as a BCBA
  • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials on hand
  • Prior experience supporting school-based behavioral or autism programs
  • Strong background conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing/revising Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Confident supervising RBTs and consulting with multidisciplinary school teams
  • Willingness to work exclusively onsite

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide district-wide support to staff serving students with behavioral and autism-related needs
  • Offer guidance on best practices and positive behavior supports across K-12 settings
  • Complete FBAs and develop/revise BIPs in collaboration with school teams
  • Supervise and provide mentorship to two RBTs
  • Deliver professional development and training to school staff as needed
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for behavior management strategies and crisis intervention
