High School Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Fort Collins, Colorado

Qualifications:

• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid licensure as required by state guidelines
• Experience in school settings preferred, particularly across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess student behaviors and develop individualized intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students
• Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior interventions
• Regularly monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed for effectiveness
• Maintain thorough and detailed documentation in line with district and legal requirements
• Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and student review sessions
