Qualifications:
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid licensure as required by state guidelines
- Experience in school settings preferred, particularly across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess student behaviors and develop individualized intervention strategies
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students
- Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior interventions
- Regularly monitor progress, adjusting plans as needed for effectiveness
- Maintain thorough and detailed documentation in line with district and legal requirements
- Participate in individualized education program (IEP) meetings and student review sessions
