• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
• Train and support school staff in behavior management techniques and best practices
• Monitor student progress, maintaining thorough documentation and making data-driven adjustments
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing critical input for behavior goals and accommodations
