Elementary High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Fort Collins, CO

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll collaborate with passionate educators and families within elementary, middle, and high school environments to help shape positive behaviors and promote student success.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification and state licensure required
• Experience supporting children and adolescents in school environments (elementary, middle, and high school)
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and ethical standards
• Ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention plans
• Skilled at consulting with teachers, school staff, and parents
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
• Develop individualized behavior intervention strategies tailored to student needs
• Train, coach, and support teachers and support staff in the implementation of ABA plans
• Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Communicate regularly with school teams and families to ensure cohesive support
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment for every student
